Refund & Cancellation Policy:
- Room Reservations: a. Refunds for room reservations will be provided according to the following timeline:
- Cancellation made 10 days or more prior to the check-in date: Full refund.
- Cancellation made 5-9 days prior to the check-in date: 50% refund.
- Cancellation made less than 5 days prior to the check-in date: No refund. b. Any changes to the reservation dates must be made at least 72 hours prior to the original check-in date, subject to availability.
- Cancellation made 14 days or more prior to the reservation date: Full refund.
- Cancellation made 10-9 days prior to the reservation date: 50% refund.
- Cancellation made less than 7 days prior to the reservation date: No refund. b. Changes to the reservation dates must be made at least 7 days prior to the original reservation date, subject to availability.
- Cancellation made 96 hours or more prior to the reservation time: Full refund.
- Cancellation made less than 72 hours prior to the reservation time: No refund. b. Changes to the reservation time must be made at least 72 hours prior to the original reservation time, subject to availability.
- Cancellation made 15 days or more prior to the event date: Full refund.
- Cancellation made 7-14 days prior to the event date: 50% refund.
- Cancellation made less than 7 days prior to the event date: No refund. b. Changes to the event details must be made at least 7 days prior to the original event date, subject to availability.
a. Cancellation Protocol: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and directed to the resort's reservations department via email at sales.spolli@gmail.com. No verbal cancellations will be accepted. Refund requests must be accompanied by valid reasons for cancellation.
b. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued strictly through cash transactions conducted at the resort office. Any deviation from this procedure will result in forfeiture of refund eligibility.
c. No Refunds for Early Checkouts: The resort maintains a strict policy of no refunds for early checkouts or any unused portions of the reservation. Guests are obligated to honor the duration of their reservation as originally booked.
d. Resort's Right to Cancel: Shohag Polli Resort retains the unilateral right to cancel reservations or events due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events. In such instances, guests will be promptly notified, and a full refund will be issued without exception.
e. Additional Expenses Disclaimer: Guests are hereby notified that the resort assumes no responsibility for any additional expenses incurred as a result of reservation changes or cancellations. This includes but is not limited to travel expenses, accommodation arrangements, or any other associated costs.
f. Refund Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 14 days to process from the date of cancellation approval. Guests are advised to plan accordingly and exercise patience during this period.
Acknowledgment of Policy: By proceeding with a reservation or booking any services with Shohag Polli Resort, guests unequivocally acknowledge and agree to abide by the aforementioned refund and cancellation policies. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the forfeiture of refund eligibility and potential penalties.
